The event will bring together representatives of the business community, institutions and different sectors for an open conversation about where women stand today - and where leadership is heading next.

The first part of the programme will look at the bigger picture, exploring key statistics, data, trends and business practices related to women in education, the labour market and leadership positions. The discussion will also consider where Serbia stands in the wider European context and what these indicators tell us about the changes ahead.

The second part will move beyond the numbers, focusing on the personal experiences and stories of women leading companies, teams and organisations. Through an open and engaging conversation, speakers will share insights into important career decisions, leadership responsibilities, team development, the challenges of today's business environment, and the role of leaders in shaping the next generation.
